Former PM Harper told a Toronto business crowd today, "If you are making up policy in response to the latest news, or the latest changes in the stock market, then it is obvious you really don't have a plan." I am just guessing that his statement does not apply to the arts. He decided yesterday to drop the Bill C-10 censorship provisions which Quebecers don't like.
Guess it is just coincidence?
