You have to marvel at the hubris of the Con government and its media outlet, the National Post. The two allies have teamed up to declare that Canadians and Parliamentarians should not be pursuing the Mulroney/Schrieber... err, misunderstanding or the In and Out... err, misunderstanding; because the focus should be on the economy.
The Con government has been stalling and blocking committees and inquiries on these two issues since well before the declaration that the economy was in the toilet. To now suggest that the issues are not important enough to merit time is a bold declaration that the Cons do not care about ethics or transparency, as the they have boldly touted in the past.
The Cons and Mr. Harper are hypocrits of the highest order.
