I promise...

In a speech yesterday in Toronto, Harper has promised to cut the excise tax on diesel fuel by 2 cents.  Yippee. 

But hey, in 2006, in a speech in Winnipeg, he promised to eliminate GST on gasoline when it passed 85 cents per litre.  Did he do that?  Nope.

Do you expect Harper to keep any of his promises?
